Thank you! Apolgies I couldn't reply to either of your Happy Birthday texts as I have no credit. This is because I am silly. I can now ride a bike! Haven't quite got the hang of changing gears, but I'm getting there... Anne, you may well still be hiding, but you never answered my last question - go back a page and look!

It is very fun. Especially when you've never done so before and manage to teach yourself, for the benefit of fifteen minutes extra sleep on early mornings... Are you in a kitchen?

haha, i could cycle to classes but it only takes me tops of ten mins to walk so would be slightly pointless! might do when i go to leeds though (IF i go!) as things are much more spread out there
I am in a kitchen

Yeah, my lectures, practicals, supervisions and stuff are all 5 - 10 minutes walk away, so I wouldn't bother to cycle to them probably, but the boathouse is half an hour's walk away and about the swimming pool about 25 mins, both of which are places I need to be at 7 in the morning, so cycling to them would be a definate advantage! Also next year I'll probably be living further away from lectures and stuff.
Are you hiding under the sink?

My bike is red. It also seems to have 18 gears, although I only know how to use 6 of them... it's a mountain bike I got second hand from Geordie (one of my parents' friends) who has an entire barn full of second hand bikes, lawnmowers, washing machines, etc etc...
Are you in a cupboard?
