people who don't bother to read something you've spent time writing and then ignore the last message that you'll stop writing it becuase they are being infernally rude anyways

Talking of which, one of the things that REALLY annoys me is abuse of apostophes. There's even shops and companies with unnescesary apostrophes where the s on the end is simply a plural! And lack of apostophes when they should be there is just as bad! I mean, you learn how to use them properly when tou're about 6 don't you?! Ther's just no excuse for getting it wrong. An occasional mistake of forgetfulness might be OK, but repeated abuse isn't. I believe you're with me on this one aren't you Flick? Aye, I am. I have also recently learnt how to use them properly, and if I can do it, then so can other people.

I hate customers who don't read the menu and then get annoyed with you when you say that you can't do what they asked for. Or if they can't have exactly what they want. There's also the customers who think that cafe service is like home when it comes straight away - it doesn't - there is a queue!!

Exactly, and queues are queues. Apparently, queueing is one of the things that the British are meant to be best at! You wouldn't beleive it watching some people in a queue... But if you go to somewhere like Italy they really don't queue at all, they just push in!
